What creates a wide impact area?

A weapon may affect a wide area because it has a large explosive yield, is inaccurate, disperses multiple munitions, or is delivered in salvos that spread effects across space. Artillery, rockets, mortars, missiles and large aircraft bombs can fall into this concern depending on their characteristics and use.

Urban harm is more than the first blast
