4 September report (published 8 September)
OCHA said most of Gaza’s 2.1 million people were approaching the rainy season in overcrowded displacement sites and described risks from flooding, disease, water-system damage and access constraints.
11 September report (published 12 September)
OCHA reported that 91% of assessed households faced moderate to high water insecurity. For 2–9 September, OCHA attributed reports of 35 Palestinian fatalities and 104 injuries to the Gaza Ministry of Health.
